Our Team
Meet our amazing group!
Emma
Director
My name is Emma Coleman, the Director of Tullahoma Day Care Center. I’ve had the privilege of being a part of TDCC since 1979. I started out as an aid, then lead teacher, social worker, assistant director and now Director. I enjoy children and feel blessed to be able to impart so much into their little lives. We strive every day to provide a lasting education in each child that comes through our center and program.
I am married to Jimmy, Sr. and have 3 children – all of which graduated from Tullahoma Day Care Center. I was the youth leader at church for over 17 years, working with children to young adults. As I look over these past 39 years, I realize my work with the children was a part of my ministry.
Nita
Teacher, Ages 3-4
My name is Bonita (Nita) Estill and I have the privilege of teaching at the Tullahoma Day Care Center for over 31 years. Along with a team of amazing and creative teachers, I’m committed to providing your child with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning.
I am the proud mother of four wonderful children and 10 amazing grandchildren. Outside my commitment to my church, I mostly enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
I believe children are the future and I am honored to contribute to their growth and development. It is my true joy to watch them as they become well rounded and happy beings.
Patsy
Teacher, Ages 2.5-3
My name is Patsy Jones and I started working at Tullahoma Day Care Center 35 years ago. After running my own in-house day care center for 8 years in Raleigh, NC, I decided to return to Tullahoma.
I love watching the children learn and grow into strong little people. We have fun learning, singing, playing and planning fun things to do.
Whitney
Teacher, Ages 4-5
My name is Whitney London and I started working at TDCC in April of 2024. I am married and we have 2 precious boys, one of whom attends the daycare. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I enjoy doing har and makeup. I had an opportunity to help out at TDCC and I’m so glad that I took that leap of faith in changing my career. I am looking forward to many years providing a safe and loving environment for your child to learn and have fun, too.
